Appeal Hearing on the Wizer Block Permit Application is on Monday.
Only those who testified in person or in writing may testify at this hearing. Likewise, those who testify at the City Council Appeal Hearing will have standing to testify at the Land Use Board of Appeals Hearing, which is sure to follow next week's findings no matter the outcome. Hang in there or ...forever hold your peace.

Expect to see a lot of sign-up style forms that say the person supports the Wizer Block. Kessi's Hired Guns have had their tent out on Farmers Market days to entice people with graphics and clipboards with forms on hand. These cannot be testimony, but they are trying to sway the Council nonetheless. The move might backfire though - if I were on Council, I would throw forms like this away.
