4-way stops vs roundabouts

The biggest problem with roundabouts is that they take up a lot of land.  This a great solution for "Kamakazi Corners" aka "The Spider Web" and "Six Corners" -  Country Club (2 ways), Iron Mt. (2 ways) C Ave., and Bayberry Rd.   Did you get that?  This intersection has a lot of corners, and a lot of land to make it happen.

"Mythbusters" has staged what just might be the ultimate transportation-geek showdown: An American four-way stop vs. an uncontrolled one-lane European roundabout.

  1. Fantastic idea!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take it to City Hall and get them going. It also helps with the GHG myth by not having cars come to a complete stop! Win/win/Win
