The Land Use Board of Appeals hearings board has extended deliberations in the Wizer appeal another week - no explanation as to why, and no hint as to which way they are leaning.

Regrettably, the City Council's Findings were most probably crafted in such a way that it will be unlikely they are overturned by LUBA.
ReplyDeleteDo we know who actually wrote the Findings, Conclusions, and Order (FCO).
Sometimes, the Applucant's Attorney is allowed to write the FCO!
Aren't the people's interests so very well represented in Lake Oswego Land Use matters?
