It's freezing in the Antarctic!

This little graph comes from our friend at Along the Graydent (see blog list) who got it from Shushine Hours - a blog about weather and environmental issues. We're not running out of ice - it's just moved.  But don't start worrying about Global Warming/Climate Refugees from British Columbia descending upon us just yet - they are doing fine.

Sunshine Hours is an excellent website with data and facts collected in one place that would take a long time - too long - to research on one's own, and the author puts the puzzle pieces in place with a keen sense of the wholistic nature of weather and the environment.
