Digital vaccine cards are the precursor to digital social credit scores and digital money planned by the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset, also known in England as “Build Back Better.” If people do not buy into these voluntary cards, perhaps the rollout of the next stages of the plan can be stopped more easily. Don’t do it!

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — As Oregon prepares to lift indoor mask mandates by March 31, the state is also planning to launch voluntary digital COVID-19 vaccine cards, which would allow residents the option to prove vaccination status using just their cell phones.
The Oregon Health Authority began developing the optional digital vaccine verification tool in early December, though the program has largely flown under the radar.
The tool, which is closely modeled after those rolled out in California and Washington, would grant Oregonians a digital option to verify vaccination status, in addition to the CDC-approved paper vaccine cards.
Similar to the Washington model, the OHA pilot program would prompt opt-in residents to provide their name, birth date and contact information, along with a security password and pin to confirm and match State immunization records.
According to OHA, once vaccination status is confirmed, the user would be notified with a link to their corresponding digital vaccine card and state-approved digital QR (or quick-response) code.
“It’ll be an electronic means for people in Oregon to share their vaccination status with businesses that ask for proof of verification,” Modie stated. “And will be completely voluntary.”
According to OHA, the digital QR code should be an accepted, valid form of vaccine verification at most Oregon businesses, restaurants and events.
OHA told KOIN 6 News it is still too early for residents to opt-in for the program, but they plan to announce digital vaccine card sign-ups when the tool becomes available to the public.

What does the future look like after the Great Reset has happened? If this is any indication of how their Young Global Leaders think, then the world is in BIG trouble! The world is already in big trouble politically and economically with many of the graduates of the World Economic Forum’s training ensconced in public life as politicians, public administrators and business leaders. Chasing these fantasies would be disastrous. But those steeped in ideology rather than science-based economics (including behavioral economics) are immune to their own mistakes or others’ pain.

Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick proposes ending university tenure to combat critical race theory teachings
Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick said Friday that he will push to end professor tenure for all new hires at Texas public universities and colleges in an effort to combat faculty members who he says “indoctrinate” students with teachings about critical race theory.
“Go to a private school, let them raise their own funds to teach, but we’re not going to fund them,” said Patrick, who is running for reelection. “I’m not going to pay for that nonsense.”
Patrick, whose position overseeing the Senate allows him to drive the state’s legislative agenda, also proposed a change to state law that could make teaching critical race theory grounds for revoking tenure for professors who already have it. His announcement tees up the next major fight at the Texas Capitol over how college students learn about the history of race and racism in the United States.

The first need is to free ourselves of that worst form of contemporary obscurantism which tries to persuade us that what we have done in the recent past was all either wise or unavoidable. We shall not grow wiser before we learn that much that we have done was very foolish
The (Not So) Great Reset
Not much has been in the news about what is being planned for us. The December 2021 issue of Imprimis does the best job of explaining the basics of what The Great Reset is and why freedom-loving people everywhere should be fighting against it. Once you understand the scope of the plan, you will see the reason Western leaders are becoming so authoritarian.
What I don’t understand is this - WHY? Who among the elites wants to live in the world they are trying so hard to create? And do they really think that under such a system they will stay in control forever?

What is “hate” speech?
Can anyone judge what is in the heart of another person? What motivates them? What they are feeling or thinking when they engage in communication? Who gets to decide what speech is hateful, and what, if any speech should be punished? What words or combination of words or tone of voice is allowed? More frightening, how can a criminal act be committed just because someone fears another might commit it?
By criminalizing upsetting speech, government is trying to control our words, our thoughts, and our actions. That is the definition of totalitarian control.
The legal basis for defining crimes as “hate” crimes has been a slippery slope that has threatened free speech for decades. Canada has slipped over the edge. Will America follow?

Amendments to the Act
2 (1) Subsection 319(7) of the Act is amended by adding the following in alphabetical order:
hatred means the emotion that involves detestation or vilification and that is stronger than dislike or disdain; (haine)
(2) Section 319 of the Act is amended by adding the following after subsection (7):
Exclusions
(8) For greater certainty, the communication of a statement does not incite or promote hatred, for the purposes of this section, solely because it discredits, humiliates, hurts or offends.
3 The Act is amended by adding the following after section 810.011:
Fear of hate propaganda offence or hate crime
810.012 (1) A person may, with the Attorney General’s consent, lay an information before a provincial court judge if the person fears on reasonable grounds that another person will commit
(a) an offence under section 318 or subsection 319(1) or (2);
(b) an offence under subsection 430(4.1); or
(c) an offence motivated by bias, prejudice or hate based on race, national or ethnic origin, language, colour, religion, sex, age, mental or physical disability, sexual orientation, gender identity
